At Immanuel Lutheran College, we’re here to support families in navigating the digital tools that help keep you connected to your child’s learning and school life.

 

Whether you’re accessing the College App, SEQTA Engage or checking cocurricular schedules our Technology Services team is ready to assist.

GETTING STARTED

Important Information

Your Immanuel Parent Login provides access to key digital platforms used at the College:

  • Immanuel Lutheran College App
  • SEQTA Engage
  • Clipboard

You would have received your login details when your child commenced at Immanuel. It looks like this:

If you’re unsure of your login or need help accessing your account, please contact our Technology Help Desk.

You can reset your password online at any time:

Reset Password

Important: You’ll need your Immanuel parent email address (e.g. [email protected]) to reset your password.

For security reasons, please change your password after your first login. Your password should:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Include an uppercase and lowercase letter
  • Include at least one number and symbol

TIP: Set up your password recovery information in SEQTA Engage to make resetting easier in future.

If your child’s device is damaged or experiencing technical issues, please encourage them to visit the Technology Help Desk, located in the Innovation Hub during school hours. Our team can assist with:

  • Device troubleshooting and repairs
  • Loan device arrangements (where available)
  • Wi-Fi and network access
  • Software support and updates

Parents are also welcome to contact the Help Desk directly for advice.
