Ensure you have Immanuel College App 

• • Download via the App Store or Google Play 

• • Log in with your parent credentials 

Use your 5-digit Immanuel Parent login email: 

• • • Login format: Your username will be a 5-digit number followed by @immanuel.qld.edu.au 
      Example: [email protected]

Once you’re set up and logged in, it’s simple to use and easy to customise. From here, you can view homework, check your child’s timetable, track assessment progress, message teachers, and more — all in just a few taps. 

From SEQTA Engage, CLICK the three horizontal white lines at the top left-hand corner, and you will see the following areas you can access in SEQTA ENGAGE.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll land on an easy-to-navigate dashboard personalised to your family. From here, you can access everything you need to stay in the loop with your child’s school life – no digging around, no jargon. Just quick access to what matters most. 

Absences: You can log a student’s absence, providing all relevant information for the reason. You can also notify the school in advance. (Primary & Secondary)

Assessments: You can track results and feedback for each subject. (Secondary only)

Courses: Here you can explore what your child is learning, lesson by lesson, and access classwork, resources, and daily content.  (Secondary only)

Dashboard: In the dashboard you can select what options you would like to see, including homework, message of the day notes, pastoral care, etc.  (Secondary only)  If you select Homework in this section, you can see what homework is due and when and what is required for the task.

My Details: Review or update your family contact information. Best accessed via desktop device.  (Primary & Secondary) 

Notices: You can select options and browse student announcements posted through SEQTA Learn. (Please note: no push alerts for these, and they can only be accessed through SEQTA Engage.) (Secondary only)

Reports: Download current and past reports as printable PDFs. (Primary & Secondary)

Settings: You can click on SETTINGS and customise your app further by adjusting the settings to either Noisy or Silient and changing the colour theme for different classes. (Primary & Secondary)

Timetable: View your child’s class schedule and switch between siblings with ease. To get in touch with teachers or House Leaders, simply click on a class in the timetable, then tap the email icon to send an email to the teacher. (Primary & Secondary)

Secondary school parents will receive SEQTA notifications on your phone from SEQTA Engage .

Get updates about your child’s learning: 

• Details: Upcoming assessments or exam information

• Results and Feedback: Released marks and teacher comments – the main area you will want to review 

• Reflections: Your child’s self-assessment and learning reflections  (where applicable)

To manage SEQTA Engage notifications: 

Inside SEQTA App

• Go to Settings > Notifications 

• Choose if you would like Noisy or Silent notifications

• You will also need to go into your mobile device settings and ensure notifications are switched on for the Immanuel App.
